We do not accept returns or provide refunds.In case you receive a damaged,defective or incorrect product,an exchange may be offered after verification. Refunds will not be provided for eligible exchange cases.

Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is required for verification.Please record a continuous uncut video while opening your parcel.

This helps us verify the issue and process your exchange request in case of any defects.

Exchange Requests and  Availability

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product,subject to verification and product availability.
Only currently available products can be offered as replacements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for returning the product and receiving the exchanged item will be payable by the customer.
